Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select your product, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then place your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@jdllegacyrecords.com. After 24 hours, orders immediately enter production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. Additional payment options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Order Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
All products are made to order. Processing begins immediately after your order is placed. For questions about your specific order status, please contact us at support@jdllegacyrecords.com.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times vary by product and location. For the most accurate estimate for your order, please contact us at support@jdllegacyrecords.com.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $11.99 on all US orders. Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout. We currently ship to the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you did not receive a tracking email, contact us at support@jdllegacyrecords.com with your order number.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@jdllegacyrecords.com. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jdllegacyrecords.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. If the product is confirmed defective, damaged in shipping, or the wrong item was sent, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because all products are made to order specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Wrong color ordered by the customer
- Wrong product selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Accidental orders
- Shipping delays outside of our control
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Replacements are only issued for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Product Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes sizing information. We recommend reviewing the size details on the product page before placing your order. Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
Product Colors & Image Differences
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to display accurate product images. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings, and lighting conditions. Minor color variations between the product image and the received item are normal and are not considered defects.
