Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@johndlllc.com.

After the initial 24-hour period, orders immediately enter our production process and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.


Refunds & Returns

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Wrong color ordered by the customer

  • Wrong product selected by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Accidental orders

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@johndlllc.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If we determine that the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or the incorrect item was sent, we will replace the item at no additional cost. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim.


Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

All merchandise is produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
